One table. Three real checks.

Each row tracks an item allocated to a container. Split an item between two totes? Keep its item ID and give each allocation its own row. Update the same rows as you pack, load and return.

After the event, record reusable equipment returned in those same allocation rows. Blank means unchecked. Zero means checked and none returned. Stock sold or supplies used are not automatically missing equipment.

No macros, automatic calculations or synchronized printouts. Choose one active record and reconcile paper changes into it. PDF and spreadsheet-native formats are not included in this preview.

Before you buy.

How will delivery work?

The TEST flow returns the product ZIP only after a verified paid webhook. Save the complete recovery card before TEST checkout. No download email is sent. Anyone holding the card can use it; losing both card and browser access prevents automatic recovery. Hosted access ends at a fixed UTC cutoff displayed before checkout, not 30 days after purchase. Visiting a thank-you page alone never grants access. Real purchases remain disabled.

Can I use it on paper?

You can print the CSV from a spreadsheet application. Paper and digital copies do not synchronize. Keep one authoritative record. The kit does not check your entries automatically.
